Any order implies prior consultation and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, which are printable and available at any time on the site.


Saveria Geronimi designs and makes each piece of jewellery from her workshop. Her business is small and your custom is very important. Saveria takes great pride on high quality craftsmanship, uniqueness of design to satisfy every customer with the best possible products and a personal friendly service.

Nothing is mass produced or made in large quantities as jewellery are handmade.You will always receive a one off bespoke piece of jewellery as no two pieces can ever be made exactly the same so please allow for slight variations .

Some pieces in collections can be made in different metal, length and size just cote is reference and name and  send all information using  the form in contact. You can order all jewellery you see on the website.




You can order on the website by selecting the items you want and then place it in your cart by clicking the button "Add to Cart"

You can access to your basket at any time and correct any errors  before the final confirmation of payment. After the confirmation of payment, the order is recorded and becomes irrevocable. An e-mail of confirmation of your order and payment will be sent to the email address provided by you during the order confirmation address.





Payment can be made online  by credit card via Paypal platform. The credit card payments are fully secure and your data is encrypted (encoded) using the standard SSL security, is it the safest  way to buy online,  data cannot be detected, intercepted or used by third parties and they will not be kept on our computer systems.



All prices are in Euros including all taxes but exclude postage and packaging. This will be added to the order at the end.You will be able to see it before the final payment.Prices shown on the web site  are guaranteed within the limits of available stocks Germès has the right to change prices at any time but the products will be billed based on prices  at the time of confirmation of the order, subject to availability.


When your jewellery order has been dispatched, an e-mail will be sent to confirm this with a reference number so you will be able to check the process online at any time.



The packages are sent to the address given when you order, All items are send  by post Colissimo delivered by the french post .This service requires a signature and is insured against loss and damage


A tracking number of your package will be sent by email when shipping. You can follow at any time the progress of your parcel. If you are not home when it arrived a note of passage will be left in your mailbox. Your package will then be available for couple od days in the post office in your area.



Jewellery which are in stock are usually dispatched within 3-5 working days.

Jewellery  that are not in stock will be dispatched within 7-21 working days, after the processing time indicated on its detail page.


Please note that the customer is responsible for any taxes or duty incurred for overseas purchases.
Packaging: All orders are delivered in a protective, damage proof mailing box.
Box :Each piece of jewellery purchased is presented in its own ' Germès' branded  box and supplied  with a care statement 
 and instruction for the care.

For all country except France rates are applicable for parcels under 1kg 



If at the time of delivery, the original packaging is damaged, or open, then you must check the package and its contents before taking possession. If they were damaged or missing items, you must refuse the package factor and note a reserve on the delivery note indicating precisely the problem, dating and signing the document.After receiving the proof of damaging packaging or item by the post office you will get a refund or a new product.




If for some reason you are not satisfied or your jewellery are faulty or damage you must contact us after reception by mail only at requesting an exchange or refund and the reason whyThe shipping costs of returning goods are the responsibility of the customer.- The good must be returned with its original packaging, box and the invoice The jewel must have been either worn, washed, or damaged. label must be attached to the product still


Returns must be sent with 'Special Delivery' service and insured. Germès cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns if they are returned by normal or recorded post.


After a check and if the jewel returned is in good condition and hasn't been worn Germès will arrange to make a full refund for the purchase of products.The amounts will be refunded in minimum time and in any event within 30 following the date of reciving the jewellery.


Items that cannot be returned:                                                                                                                             

- Earrings  for hygiene reasons Under UK Health and Safety law, earrings for pierced ears cannot be returned unless they are fault.                                      

- All sale items                                                                                                                                                      

- Commission made to order 



DAMAGED ITEMS                                                                                                                                             

Germès will not be responsible for repairing items that were not treated appropriately 7 days after dispatch date. Uppon receving your jewellery please ensure you refer to the care instructions.


However Germès créateur bijoux have a Jewellery service repair:                                                                                                                                        

If you have purchased a Germès wich has broken or that need to be cleaned you can send to us to get it repair 

The cost will depend on findings that have to be fix and the time involved (Please refer to the web site  SERVICE REPAIR in the workshop section, the returned postage will be at your expenses.
